For My Life Online FAQ - Signup Process

Please read answers to common questions below before emailing for help.

What username and password do I use here? If I have a username/password for the 7000 Project or Be in Health Connection, can I use those?
The login system now accepts usernames and passwords of 7000 Project and Be in Health Connection associates if either (1) they are currently subscribed, or (2) have been subscribed at any time within the last 9 months. If you have a 7000 or BH Connection username but it has been more than 9 months since you were actively subscribed, you may wish to try to see if it works, but it may not. You may want to consider resubscribing, as 7000 Project or Be in Health Connection associates sometimes receive pricing offers related to online programs when they are actively subscribed.
Usernames and passwords of actively subscribed 7000 members or BH Connection members are usable here - but a username created here does not necessarily transfer back to the 7000 or Connection membership area.
Where do I click to create a new username?

How will the user account creation process work? I noticed I only give a desired username and e-mail address - where do I give my desired password?
After you give your desired username and email address, the web site will generate a first-time password for you and send it to the email address you gave. BE SURE THAT the e-mail address is SPELLED CORRECTLY and that your mailbox is not full. You will need to be able to receive the initial password mailing so that you can continue the process.

Once you log in with the first-time password from your email, you will be able to change the password to one of your own choosing.

Usually the e-mail containing your first-login password will arrive within 1 to 2 minutes. However, in some cases it may be up to 10 minutes before your e-mail arrives. If it is not in your Inbox after 10 minutes, check your Trash or Junk Mail folder to see if your mail provider thought the message was spam and placed it there. Also, remember, if your mailbox is full, our system can't deliver email to you!

If, after checking everywhere, you still can't find the message or you believe our attempt at an email to you may have failed, you can go to the Login Page and use the Forgot Password feature to get us to try another shot at emailing you.
What if I want to make payment by cash/check?
Since For My Life™ Online has just been released, at this time we are not equipped to take registrations by other methods except a credit or debit card online. In the future, if we are equipped to accept other payment means, we will update this topic.
If I am given a For My Life Certificate because I (or somebody I know) signed up for the 7000 Project yearly subscription, is this usable for the FML Online class?

The For My Life certificates are not usable for For My Life™ Online. They are usable only for the in-person class located at the Thomaston campus.
