We must try to focus on being a 'lovebug'. It irritates us sometimes, but we need to be that lovebug, because God is love. God is love and He doesn't want our children to be tormented. He doesn't want us or our spouse to be tormented.

However, when a desire becomes our total focus and controls us, when it begins to control our thoughts daily, and it's all we can think of, it's moved from a desire to a demand. We begin to demand our desire be fulfilled. Then we start to believe that's what we have to have in order to be happy; our child must be healed, and provided for after we go on. These are common demands from a parent.

When our desire becomes a demand it can rule our life which could make it a false god. Anything that rules our life other than God is idolatry. When we believe anything other than God is going to fulfill us, make us secure or save us, we're in idolatry. Even the enemy will take our desires and turn them against us. He's so cruel.

For healing to begin, godly order must be established in the home. The parents must get into alignment with God's will for them in their marriage then together they can seek God concerning the issues in their family including their children. That's the godly order. Come into agreement wherever you can find agreement and love each other, love your children and love everybody else. Then let God take over.

Your children need you to love one another and they need you to love them. Then they can be at peace. Conflict no longer rules the home, strife and division no longer create tension in the home. When they feel safe and secure, their mind can be at rest and focus on being a child. Then they function and grow normally. God will teach you how to set your home in order.

John 14:26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

1 John 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
