In the beginning of my ministry, God was healing everyone, but then for about 6 months, God healed less than five percent. That brought a point of decision as to whether to create theologies saying He doesn't heal or go back and ask God why He didn't heal.
Sinners are sometimes in better health than Christians because they are more righteous than Christians in certain areas of their lives. There are unbelievers who practice the law from their heart, out of their conscience, so they shall have their reward here.
14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:
15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;
Sometimes unsaved husbands treat their wives better than Christian husbands.
The rain falls on the just and the unjust, and they will receive their benefit here, on this earth.
