Equipping Conference:

Friday, September 5: The first two sessions of the first day has been designated as special training for 7000 Project Associates. The first session will include product and ministry training. The second session will be a time for you and the Be in Health™ team to have fellowship and to get to know one another on a personal level.

The evening session on the first day will be a unique time designed to bring together 7000 Project associates, pastors, elders, spiritual leaders, health care professionals and members of the medical community to discuss Wholeness Care, a three dimensional approach to healing and preventing disease. It is our hope that this discussion will lead to a team effort in healing people, spirit, soul and body. The evening session is also open to the general public.

Saturday, September 6: General teaching conference open to the public. A Be in Health™ conference involves progressive teaching to unravel the mysteries of disease as well as revealing pathways to health and wholeness. Spiritual roots will be addressed. Learn how to defeat and prevent disease by using the discernment God has given mankind to produce wholeness of spirit, soul and body. With each class, we build a foundation of knowledge that leads to the next. Due to the building of precept upon precept of the information, we strongly suggest attending the entire conference.

Luncheon:

This conference will offer a unique Question and Answer luncheon in a group setting with the Be in Health Team, by reservation only. The luncheon requires advanced registration, and are first come / first serve basis. Besides helping to facilitate the cost of the meeting rooms, the luncheon affords a wonderful opportunity to fellowship and ask questions openly to the team members of Be in Health™.
Thank you for supporting Be in Health™ by participating in the luncheon. Part of the cost of the luncheon is applied to the fee of the conference room rental and are not subject to a refund.

The Holiday Inn Portland agrees to extend a special guestroom rate of $98 plus tax for single, $103 plus tax for double for attendees of the Be in Health conference. This rate will apply on reservation days as follow: September 4 through September 5. Please ask for the Block of Rooms for Be in Health™.

Hotel Reservation Deadlines:

Reservations must be received on or before August 21, 2008. After that date the rooms will be released on a first come first serve basis. Holiday Inn Portland Airport will continue to accept reservations from Be in Health’s conference attendees after that date at the prevailing room rate subject to availability.

Special Notes:

Reservations for the event will be made by individual attendees directly with Holiday Inn Portland Airport reservation department. All reservations must be guaranteed by the individual guest.
You must ask for the block of rooms for Be in Health™ to receive special room rates. Attendees are responsible for paying room charges (room rates, taxes, and incidentals). Attendees may be responsible for early departure fees if advance notification is not given.
